Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and schedule bakery staff
  • Manage the daily operations of the bakery
  • Maintain positive and consistent communication with staff, colleagues, and managers
  • Foster open communication between bakery and retail personnel
  • Train staff in the production of high-quality baked goods
  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous bakery experience is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills

Employment Type:
