Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (ON CALL)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Manton, MI

Pay: $12.48 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12.48 for a “Food Service Worker (On Call)” position in Manton, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end relative to current industry standards. As of early 2023, food service workers in Michigan typically earn between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience, specific employers, and whether the position is full-time or part-time. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for food service professionals, and competition from other employers can further influence hourly wages. Therefore, while $12.48 is within range, it may not be particularly attractive, especially if considering benefits and varying hours typical of on-call positions.
