About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End Operations. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $18.34 per hour. This position is based in Cincinnati at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

What You’ll Do:

– Deliver exceptional guest service by:
– Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assisting them in creating meal solutions
– Maintaining extensive knowledge of products and weekly promotions, working collaboratively across departments to support guests
– Enhancing the shopping experience by merchandising and restocking products and specialty items while ensuring guest assistance
– Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties within the store
– Receiving and stocking goods according to The Fresh Market standards
– Slicing and preparing a variety of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal options throughout the day while upholding quality standards
– Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards

– Must be at least 18 years of age for positions in the Deli
