Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to sanitation standards throughout the year.
  • Achieve sales targets related to memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, service providers, sales associates, and management.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while maintaining an organized daily appointment book.
  • Exhibit a genuine desire to assist clients and advocate the health benefits of regular spa visits.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients during check-in and check-out.
  • Stay informed about special offers, products, services, and procedures relevant to Hand and Stone.
  • Follow established scripts for membership and gift card sales.
  • Make tailored recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Familiarize yourself with and perform Hand and Stone’s signature services.
  • Keep thorough treatment records for all clients.
  • Engage actively with customers and the local community to boost sales.
