Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for preparing items at your workstation in accordance with par sheets or specific instructions provided by the Kitchen Supervisor or Sous Chef. This includes ensuring the proper cooking, seasoning, and "doneness" of all dishes as they appear on the menu and daily specials, while maintaining consistency and organization on the cooking line.

Food Preparation & Cooking:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items to meet club standards.
