Position: Care Technician
In this role, our trained Care Technicians will assist individuals in our AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments located in Novi and the surrounding areas.

Job Type:
Full-time, minimum of 32 hours per week
Optional overtime available

Shifts Available:

  • 7 AM – 5 PM
  • 7 AM – 7 PM
  • 3 PM – 11 PM
  • 7 PM – 7 AM
  • 10 PM – 10 AM

Starting Rate:
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, and grocery shopping.
  • Preparing and administering medication.
  • Transporting and assisting individuals; a company vehicle will be provided for all assigned transportation needs.

About You:

  • High school diploma and/or college degree or certification
  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License
  • CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification and training are a plus
