You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying our customer experience philosophy, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with the potential to cross-train in multiple store areas to meet business needs.

  • Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, managing cash transactions according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Uphold merchandising standards by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across the sales floor and throughout the store.
  • Provide and accept both recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
