Currently, we have midnight shifts available from 10 PM to 6 AM. We provide avenues for professional development, starting every caregiver with foundational training, with the potential for advancement to Medication Technician roles.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, including transfers in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
  • Maintaining a clean environment, which may involve light housekeeping
  • Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
  • Monitoring changes in resident conditions and promptly communicating them to a supervisor
  • Administering medications and injections as directed by medical charts
  • Following daily schedules and assisting residents with repositioning
  • Documenting medication administration accurately
  • Exercising good judgment to ensure client care and safety
  • Supporting other team members with their responsibilities
  • Completing all required documentation and charting
  • Responding to call lights and assessing resident needs
  • Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents during mealtime
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work every other weekend is essential
