This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is set to open in May 2025, with interviews commencing in April 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic automotive technicians/mechanics who possess a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem-solvers with a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Utilizing knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
– Continuously gaining experience as an automotive mechanic across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
– Conducting thorough, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
– Collaborating effectively within a team to swiftly address customer concerns.
– Upholding and promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
– Coordinating closely with the service department to effectively relay customer concerns.
– Partnering with fellow technicians to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

– A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
– ASE Certifications preferred or a commitment to obtain them.
– Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
– Willingness to learn additional skills and processes.
– Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

– Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
– Capability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above shoulder height.
– Ability to navigate confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.

– Capacity to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
– Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
