Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Ann Arbor, MI location at Fox Ann Arbor Nissan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in realizing our vision, "Working together, moving people throughout life," by building trust and fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional purchase experiences. Your primary duties will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering the highest level of customer service. We welcome candidates who are competitive, career-focused, and innovative, regardless of their previous experience in automotive sales. If you have a background in bartending, personal training, or hospitality, you will thrive in this full-time position. Comprehensive training will be provided for the first 60 days.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles to customers.
• Demonstrating vehicle features with professionalism and expertise.
• Utilizing dealership systems for comprehensive follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
• Familiarizing customers with various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting with showroom preparation, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles and a presentable environment for customers.

• Experience in customer service with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
