Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
– Implement comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
– Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner.
– Provide personal companionship, actively engaging with clients to offer social and emotional support.
– Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
– Facilitate transportation to and from appointments as needed.
– Carry out administrative duties such as documenting task completion and reporting any changes in the client’s physical, cognitive, or behavioral condition.
Qualifications
To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of one year of professional caregiver experience.
– A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
– Documentation of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle.
– Strong preference for open availability.
– TB screening/PPD and/or chest X-ray.
– Basic computer proficiency.
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
