Position Summary

The Housekeeping Room Attendant serves as a crucial point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires the maintenance of exemplary sanitation and cleanliness throughout the hotel, while also keeping all areas free of safety hazards and performing tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned guest rooms in accordance with the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness, replenishing necessary supplies, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning windows. Additionally, attendants must ensure that cleaning carts are organized and stocked, complete assignment sheets, and report any maintenance issues to a supervisor. Given the 24/7 nature of the industry, this role demands flexibility in scheduling.

Physical Responsibilities:

  • Exert physical effort in lifting and transporting items weighing at least 25 pounds.
  • Push or pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Engage in various physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Work across diverse environments, including the front office and all hotel areas.
  • Adapt to variable temperature conditions and noise levels in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Preferred Qualifications
