Currently, we have openings for midnight shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM. We prioritize growth, starting each team member as a caregiver before providing training to become a Med Tech.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
• Maintaining a clean environment, including light housekeeping.
• Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
• Assessing changes in resident conditions and communicating them immediately to a supervisor.
• Administering medications and injections based on medical charts.
• Following schedules to assist residents with repositioning.
• Documenting medications in accordance with procedures.
• Utilizing good judgment in providing client care and ensuring safety.
• Assisting team members with their duties as needed.
• Completing all required documentation and charting.
• Answering call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
• Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents with eating.
• Performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
