Job description:

NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team plays a key role in the product development, project management, and daily operations of NBCUniversal’s comprehensive advertising technology suite. This division supports both internal and external customers, contributing to NBCUniversal’s robust $8 billion annual advertising business.

The Programmatic Ad Operations team, a close-knit and fast-paced unit, is tasked with executing all programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals both domestically and globally. The Programmatic Sales Operations Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of programmatic deals, which includes deal creation, revisions, and ensuring that digital assets meet specifications throughout the campaign flight.

Collaboration is essential, as the Programmatic Sales Operations team partners closely with planning and sales teams to ensure advertising campaigns run seamlessly and exceed client expectations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically adept problem-solver with exceptional customer service skills and strong leadership qualities to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live troubleshooting calls with clients to provide resolution on specifications.
  • Participate in weekly POD meetings to maintain alignment among sales, planning, and operations.
  • Establish regularly scheduled reporting to identify trends in creative failures across various ad distributors and DSPs.
  • Acquire expertise within the programmatic ecosystem to better support internal and external partners.
  • Ensure media delivery adheres to published specifications and lead times.
  • Engage directly with the Programmatic Sales Team and clients to oversee campaign fulfillment.
  • Demonstrate functional knowledge of trafficking programmatic deals within FreeWheel, OperativeOne, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Manage the Sports Programmatic business, supporting live sports events, including weekends.
  • Maintain a self-motivated approach, executing tasks independently while contributing to team objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to effectively prioritize duties.
  • Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising is essential.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • A commitment to the entertainment media industry, with availability during weekends to support live events.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
