We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales and business development team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and long-term relationship cultivation.
  • Estimate year-round landscape maintenance projects using proposal software.
  • Utilize the BOSS proposal software for bid creation, data tracking for won versus lost proposals, and coordination with the Branch Contract Administrator for contract setup.
  • Organize daily, weekly, and monthly activities necessary to meet proposed sales goals.
  • Onboard new properties post-bid approval, coordinating with Branch, Account, and Production Managers to communicate client expectations and enhancement opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities for Success:

  • Report directly to the CEO, collaborating with Branch Management and account managers.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key prospects, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, prioritizing opportunities aligned with the company’s market focus.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and deliver innovative solutions for operational and sales challenges.
  • Meet and surpass annual revenue targets, providing regular updates on sales performance to the business development and branch managers.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor behavior, and market conditions to shape sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to develop a comprehensive understanding of competitive dynamics and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Employ community and industry networks and prepare regular updates for strategic business planning.
  • Assist in market analysis to identify competition and potential new business sites.
  • Utilize BOSS, CRM, and other necessary software to track data and information accurately.

Qualifications:
