Collaborate with ZTD site-based colleagues, third-party solution providers, Zoetis laboratory personnel, designated Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and site quality personnel.
– Own the global Empower chromatography solution, which operates continuously, serving as the primary contact between business and ZTD for real-time product testing in manufacturing operations while maintaining GxP documentation in alignment with the Zoetis Solution Delivery Lifecycle.
– Manage the global Softmax Pro GXP and other laboratory solutions, ensuring similar ownership responsibilities as noted above.
– Provide support for time-sensitive remediation activities in response to global service interruptions, regulatory agency audits, and solution upgrades or enhancements.
– Assess and implement future software and instrument control updates for support systems, ensuring currency with supported operating systems and backend tools.

– Facilitate collaboration with ZTD site-based personnel worldwide to deploy new instrumentation software, lead application upgrades, and support a small team dedicated to these solutions.
– Oversee Level 1 and Level 2 support activities in partnership with Managed Service Providers.

– Manage merger and acquisition support for new Zoetis sites and site divestiture as needed, including the full range of project management activities for deploying supported solutions in new locations.
