In this role, you will provide critical support to senior leaders and multi-functional teams, ensuring that meetings, events, and initiatives are executed with precision and agility.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Offering comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, which encompasses calendar management, scheduling key meetings and events, assisting with projects, and facilitating work logistics.
- Actively participating in the culture team to promote P&G through initiative and event planning aimed at fostering a vibrant workplace culture and developing high-performing teams.
- Managing travel arrangements and expense reporting for Vice Presidents efficiently.
- Demonstrating agility and flexibility in handling multiple priorities, responsibilities, and changes within a team environment.
- Collaborating effectively, showcasing a proven ability to communicate successfully across all levels of the organization.
Job Qualifications:
Required
- A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Proficient technology skills, particularly in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and other related tools.
- Experience in calendar management, travel planning, meeting and event coordination, expense reporting, credit card reconciliation, purchase orders, and VISA applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines with a high standard of excellence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
