Job description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented Servers Assistant to join our company, where we cultivate a Culture of Caring. Specific Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the assigned Table Host to ensure timely and professional service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all side stations, including stocking straws, beverage napkins, flatware, plate ware, and printer paper.
  • Ensure that all glassware, plate ware, and equipment presented to the table is clean and polished.
  • Keep floors, booths, chairs, and tables clean before, during, and after each shift.
  • Prepare garnishes for table service each night in compliance with company specifications.
  • Execute all duties assigned by the Table Host and Manager on Duty.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and move quickly for periods of up to six hours.
  • Good balance and the ability to bend, kneel, and react swiftly to surroundings.
  • Capacity to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverages weighing up to 30 pounds.
