Program Manager: $19.00-$23.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Please Note: Our shifts operate on a split shift schedule. We seek staff who can work both shifts, approximately between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

- Deliver engaging enrichment programs for children utilizing our specially designed Disguised Learning curriculum.
- Develop and mentor a passionate team committed to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment.
- Collaborate closely with principals and school staff to enhance the overall instructional experience.
- Represent Right At School by participating in local community events such as Back to School, Right Club Gives Back, Field Day, and others.
- Oversee safety standards, including supervision and program documentation.

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities and proficiency in positive discipline techniques.

- A passion for inspiring a love of learning and engaging children in interactive educational activities.
- A genuine respect for and commitment to working with children.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience with children under 13.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- A minimum of 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field.
- The ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR certification, Mandated Reporter status, and cleared TB test results.
- Completion of OCCRRA Career Pathway Level 2.
We give preference to Program Managers who have:
- CDA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid and completed state training certifications.
