Program Manager: $19.00-$23.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Please Note: Our shifts operate on a split shift schedule. We seek staff who can work both shifts, approximately between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Deliver engaging enrichment programs for children utilizing our specially designed Disguised Learning curriculum.
  • Develop and mentor a passionate team committed to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment.
  • Collaborate closely with principals and school staff to enhance the overall instructional experience.
  • Represent Right At School by participating in local community events such as Back to School, Right Club Gives Back, Field Day, and others.
  • Oversee safety standards, including supervision and program documentation.

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong classroom management abilities and proficiency in positive discipline techniques.
  • A collaborative spirit suited for a team environment.
  • A passion for inspiring a love of learning and engaging children in interactive educational activities.
  • A genuine respect for and commitment to working with children.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience with children under 13.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field.
  • The ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR certification, Mandated Reporter status, and cleared TB test results.
  • Completion of OCCRRA Career Pathway Level 2.

We give preference to Program Managers who have:

  • CDA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid and completed state training certifications.
