Role Summary
The Team Member plays a crucial role in delivering a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Execute all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner, checking members in, signing up new members, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Responding to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
