Job description:
Provide friendly and responsive service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The primary goal of each server is to create such a delightful atmosphere that guests are compelled to return.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Inform guests about daily specials and menu updates.
- Offer genuine recommendations tailored to guests’ preferences.
- Address inquiries regarding the menu, beverages, and restaurant services.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, inputting them into the point-of-sale system to relay to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to guests.
- Complete side work at the beginning and end of each shift based on service station assignments.
- Maintain clean service areas throughout the shift.
- Monitor guests’ dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service, while responding to requests courteously and promptly.
- Prepare the final bill, present it to the guest, process payments, and handle cash transactions as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow servers and assist as needed.
- Support buspersons in clearing and resetting tables.

Qualifications:
