We are seeking qualified CDL-A Drivers to join our dynamic team and take advantage of a $12,000 retention bonus. Ready to advance your career with a leader in the foodservice industry? We are here to support your journey!

Hourly Pay: $25.55
Schedule: Dispatch between 3 AM and 6 AM for 10-12 hour shifts, 5 days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, and place items in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
  • Manage collections and payments from customers as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
  • Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly throughout each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of residence, along with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in food and/or beverage delivery.
  • Preference for candidates with the ability to operate manual transmission.
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English for effective interaction, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports.
