The Member Services Representative is responsible for fostering a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a commitment to creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring that all interactions reflect the values of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with outstanding customer service.
• Perform various front desk activities including:
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner, assisting callers with a range of inquiries.
• Check in members within the system efficiently.
• Facilitate new member sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Manage updates to member accounts as required.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club with designated cleaning tasks.

Special Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within company timelines, ensuring the physical capability to perform CPR/AED in medical emergencies.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within specified time frames.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification and ensure medical emergency response capability.
