Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Uphold proper cleaning and sanitation standards in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests while delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.
