– Collaborate closely with trainers to guide introductions through their first Orangetheory workout.
– Promote and sell memberships to support the growth of the studio.
– Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships.
– Address members’ concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for effective resolution.
– Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the studio.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the studio.
