Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries and provide essential company information
  • Perform clerical tasks, including memo-taking, file maintenance, and document organization
  • Manage billing processes
  • Supervise the front desk operations
  • Collect and document patient information and health histories
  • Prepare the work area for dental procedures
  • Take x-rays of patients’ teeth as required and present results to the dentist
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures
  • Prepare materials for crowns and dental impressions
  • Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices
  • Replenish treatment areas and manage inventory levels
