Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
  • Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner.
  • Provide personal companionship, engaging with each client through ongoing social and emotional support.
  • Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
  • Offer transportation to and from appointments as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as documenting completed tasks and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.

Qualifications

To Get Started You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification.
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Open availability is strongly preferred.
  • TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
