We are currently seeking a Cook who will be responsible for expertly preparing and cooking a variety of food items, ensuring that orders are promptly and accurately fulfilled in full compliance with our menu specifications and standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is essential.
  • A high school diploma is preferred.
  • Adept manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment such as knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, and slicers.
  • Knowledge of knife handling, cooking techniques, and basic preparation functions (e.g., cleaning greens, prepping vegetables).
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods, work in a fast-paced setting with high noise levels and frequent interruptions, and perform tasks in extreme temperature ranges.
  • Compliance with local, state, or federal requirements for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification.
  • Previous experience as a Cook, chef, prep cook, line cook, or related roles in kitchens or restaurants is advantageous.
