Join the vibrant guest service team at My Place Hotel as a Night Auditor! In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for all guest needs during the night shift, managing everything from reservations and check-ins to responding to guest inquiries. We seek an organized, reliable multi-tasker with a positive demeanor and thorough knowledge of the local area to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Deliver a warm and inviting experience for all guests. Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while accurately recording charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees in accordance with established policies.

• Guest Assistance: Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints with comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, amenities, and local attractions, including restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.

• Night Audit & Paperwork: Execute the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash logs and call logs, and maintain all requisite documentation. Ensure the Front Desk Log is updated and review logs from previous shifts at the beginning of each shift.

• Cleaning & Laundry: Perform various cleaning duties, including laundry, vacuuming, and dusting, ensuring that the front desk, lobby, and housekeeping areas remain tidy and well-stocked.

• Safety & Security: Follow all safety and security protocols, conduct regular property inspections, ensure exterior doors are secured, and report any potential hazards.

• Learning & Growth: Embrace additional responsibilities as needed and remain on call for any hotel requirements.
