Job description:

The Server, under the guidance of the Lead Server, is responsible for delivering exemplary food service to guests with courtesy, friendliness, and promptness, while also ensuring a clean and well-stocked work environment. This position requires providing attentive, cheerful, and professional customer service to all patrons, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Upholding a high standard of customer service.
  • Greeting guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Serving beverages and meals to guests efficiently.
  • Generating checks for all items served.
  • Extending gratitude to guests upon their departure.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times.
  • Adhering to all company policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Accurately reporting incidents with detail.
  • Verifying the identification and age of customers.
  • Complying with all guidelines related to beverage service, particularly concerning minors and intoxicated individuals.
  • Implementing T.I.P.’s guidelines while serving guests.

Physical Requirements: The position involves medium physical demands, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds maximum and frequently lift/carry 25 pounds. Physical activities include constant standing and walking, pushing/pulling, as well as the use of hearing, smell, and various visual acuities. Additional tasks may involve frequent carrying/lifting, bending, and stooping, with occasional need for sitting, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Requirements:
