Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and playing a crucial role in driving sales for our memberships and treatment packages. You will actively promote and sell our wellness plans, assisting both new and existing patients in accessing chiropractic care at the most affordable rates.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond managing patient intake and administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patient relationships while educating them on the significant benefits of routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Membership Conversion:
    Actively promote and sell The Joint Chiropractic’s Wellness Plans and Visit Packages to align with treatment plans recommended by our chiropractors. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to educate and convert patients into our affordable membership options, achieving individual sales goals through proactive engagement and personalized care options.

  • Customer Service & Patient Engagement:
    Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Establish rapport and foster lasting relationships, sharing personal chiropractic experiences to highlight the long-term benefits of chiropractic care.

  • Clinic Operations & Organization:
    Maintain a clean and organized clinic, managing inventory and ensuring the workspace is patient-ready. Facilitate smooth patient flow for an efficient experience and handle transactions accurately using point of sale (POS) software.

  • Administrative Support:
    Assist patients with necessary paperwork, ensuring proper processing of all forms. Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and schedule appointments as required, while maintaining meticulous patient records with confidentiality.

  • Teamwork & Marketing:
    Engage in marketing and sales initiatives aimed at attracting new patients to the clinic. Collaborate with your team to achieve clinic sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Positive, energetic demeanor with a passion for helping others and driving sales.
  • Strong sales aptitude, confident in presenting and closing membership and service packages.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
