Job Title: Line Cook, Detroit Airport

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $18.3 per hour

AI Pay Analysis:

The hourly rate of $18.30 for a Line Cook position at Detroit Airport is slightly below the average for the Detroit area, where line cooks earn approximately $18.20 per hour. (indeed.com) However, considering the specialized environment of an airport, which often demands higher pay due to unique challenges and operational hours, this rate may be considered less competitive. For instance, other airport-related positions in Detroit offer higher pay, such as a Line Cook at Air Margaritaville at Detroit Metro Airport with a rate of $19 per hour. (jobtoday.com) Therefore, while the offered rate is close to the local average, it may not fully align with industry standards for similar roles in the airport setting.
