We are currently seeking motivated Med Techs who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our cherished residents. In this part-time position, your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
– Administering medications and injections to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders documented in medical charts.
– Maintaining a clean environment, which may involve light housekeeping tasks.
– Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Monitoring residents for any changes in their conditions and promptly communicating these to the supervisor.
– Following schedules to assist residents with repositioning as needed.
– Accurately documenting medication administration in compliance with established procedures.
– Utilizing sound judgment in delivering client care to ensure resident safety.
– Assisting team members with their duties as required.
– Responding promptly to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
– Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents during mealtime.
– Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
