Job description:
Do you have a passion for working collaboratively and creating memorable experiences for others? At Jerome Village Bar & Grill, we are dedicated to exceptional service in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time Line Cooks to join our back-of-house operations. Our hours of operation are from 11 AM to 8 PM, with shifts beginning at 10 AM and concluding at 9 PM, depending on business levels.
Compensation starts at $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding customer service skills, experience in food preparation, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, and weekend and evening availability is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the manager on duty to review the prep list and identify daily requirements.
- Adhere to company recipes and procedures for food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.
- Prepare menu items at the appropriate temperature and within designated timeframes.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Assist in managing costs and minimizing waste.
- Practice effective sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a sense of ownership regarding kitchen equipment.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with other restaurant departments.
- Support opening/closing duties and perform cleanup as necessary.
- Execute additional tasks as requested by management.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one year of previous line cook experience.
