Services You’ll Provide:
Personal Care Services:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Support with eating and meal management.
- Aid in household management and personal affairs.
- Assist with self-administration of medications (not dispensing).
- Provide essential housekeeping services for client health and welfare.
- Carry out additional Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the individualized care plan.
Homemaking Services:
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Assist with grocery shopping.
- Conduct laundry services including folding, ironing, and putting away.
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining kitchen and bathroom hygiene.
- Change bed linens and ensure a clean living environment.
- Provide respite services for the client’s regular caregiver.
- Complete other homemaking tasks as specified in the care plan.
Important Work Guidelines:
- Maximum weight lifting restriction of 25 pounds.
- No medication dispensing or administration is permitted.
- Services are provided only when the client is home.
- Caregivers are prohibited from transporting clients in any vehicle.
- No medical procedures or treatments will be performed.

Physical Requirements:
