Services You’ll Provide:

Personal Care Services:

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Support with eating and meal management.
• Aid in household management and personal affairs.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (not dispensing).
• Provide essential housekeeping services for client health and welfare.
• Carry out additional Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the individualized care plan.

Homemaking Services:

• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with grocery shopping.
• Conduct laundry services including folding, ironing, and putting away.
• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining kitchen and bathroom hygiene.
• Change bed linens and ensure a clean living environment.
• Provide respite services for the client’s regular caregiver.
• Complete other homemaking tasks as specified in the care plan.

Important Work Guidelines:

• Maximum weight lifting restriction of 25 pounds.
• No medication dispensing or administration is permitted.
• Services are provided only when the client is home.
• Caregivers are prohibited from transporting clients in any vehicle.
