Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shifts with 3 to 10 employees
  • Ensure high standards of Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
  • Act as Customer Service Manager during shifts
  • Oversee cash handling and reconciliation of cash drawers
  • Train staff members, including new hires and those being promoted
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Training:
No formal education requirements; however, leadership experience is essential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items
