About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The pay range for this position is $14.12 – $18.34 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and weekly promotions, working collaboratively across departments to assist guests
    • Creating a welcoming shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while ensuring guests receive assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties within the store
    • Properly receiving and stocking goods in accordance with The Fresh Market standards
    • Preparing and slicing various meats, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while ensuring quality product levels are maintained
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner by adhering to uniform standards

Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Must be at least 18 years old for positions in the Deli
