Join Haven Home Care at a competitive rate of $19/hour, with an additional $19/hour paid for travel time between clients. We are seeking compassionate STNAs in Portage County and surrounding areas.

Location and Scheduling:
You will primarily serve areas including Aurora, Garrettsville, Hiram, Hudson, Kent, Macedonia, Mantua, Northfield, Ravenna, Reminderville, Rootstown, Sagamore Hills, Streetsboro, Twinsburg, and Windham. Positions offer flexibility with holiday and weekend scheduling.

Services You Will Provide:
Personal Care Services:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Support with meal management and dining
• Help with household management and personal affairs
• Assistance with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
• Essential housekeeping for client health and welfare
• Activities of daily living (ADLs) as defined in the client’s care plan

Homemaking Services:

• Meal planning and preparation
• Grocery planning and shopping assistance
• Laundry services (folding, ironing, organized storage)
• Housecleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and care for kitchens and bathrooms
• Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
• Providing respite services for the client’s regular caregiver
• Additional homemaking tasks as specified in the client’s care plan

Important Work Guidelines:

• A maximum weight lifting restriction of 25 lbs
• No dispensing or administration of medications
• Services to be provided only when the client is at home
• Clients should not be driven in any vehicle
• No medical procedures or treatments will be conducted; professional boundaries must be maintained

All care provided will be supervised by nursing staff.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to access homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
• Adequate hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity for client care
• Assistance with client mobility using proper techniques and equipment

Requirements:
