Management Training Program Overview:
As a management trainee, you will embark on a program designed to equip you to forge your ideal career, regardless of the industry. Through this structured program, you will acquire the skills needed to ultimately manage your own market and lead a team across 1 to 3 dealerships with 15 to over 50 employees.

- Oversee daily valet operations at assigned location(s).

- Motivate and empower your team to deliver world-class hospitality.

- Create and oversee schedules, daily reports, and budget allocations.
Qualifications:
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.
- Relocation is not obligatory but may accelerate your growth trajectory.
- Minimum of one year of management experience in a customer-focused environment is required; only experienced managers will be considered.
- Relevant sales, leadership, and hospitality experience may include roles in hotels, retail, commission sales, or restaurant environments, as well as participation or leadership in athletic, team, military, or academic organizations.
- A valid driver’s license with no significant infractions is mandatory.
- Availability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week is required.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past five years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
