As a Support Staff member, you will oversee counter service, floor management, and expo operations throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

– Delivering extraordinary customer service across various business volumes
– Managing takeout orders and serving food to guest tables
– Seizing sales opportunities with every guest interaction at the counter
– Overseeing expo windows with a strong focus on food quality, ticket time management, and accuracy
– Becoming a “menu expert” and effectively educating guests about our food and beverage offerings
– Excelling in time management and following established service steps
– Assisting in maintaining clean and well-stocked areas during service, including pre-bussing
– Preparing the restaurant for daily success

Requirements:

– Strong organizational skills to effectively meet the restaurant’s needs
– Attention to detail
– A positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
– TIPS certification (or equivalent) is preferred, with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
– Strong communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
– A firm belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest service

Reports To: General Manager
Pay: $12.48/hr + Tips
Hours: Part-time and Full-time
