You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through engaging interactions with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. You may also be cross-trained to work in various areas of the store to meet the needs of the business.

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is provided according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain adherence to merchandising philosophy and established procedures.
  • Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
  • Participate actively in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Uphold organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Engage in safety awareness and contribute to maintaining a safe environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
