Job description:

The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) is tasked with fostering a positive member experience by delivering exemplary customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role includes closing the day’s business activities and ensuring the preparation of an accurate bank deposit for the following day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and assisting with various inquiries.
    • Checking in members in the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Implementing necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting with the upkeep and cleanliness of the club.
    • Finalizing shift operations for the business day.
