Role Summary:
The Stylist plays a pivotal role in driving sales by delivering an authentic and engaging experience for each customer.
Role Responsibilities:
Brand Experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and fostering an energetic atmosphere on the sales floor.
- Engage customers through personalized conversations, sharing insights and product knowledge across all areas of the store.
- Leverage technology to remain informed about in-store and online events and promotions, enhancing the customer experience from an omnichannel perspective.
Teamwork and Communication
- Foster an inclusive, people-first environment by being positive, respectful, and supportive of colleagues.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand strategies.
- Contribute to the enhancement of customer inspiration by sharing knowledge on products, current trends, and personal styling techniques.
Visual and Business Operations
- Uphold Free People’s visual and operational standards with a strong customer focus.
- Assist with inventory processes to stay informed about new arrivals and reship items.
- Comply with store safety standards and policies related to inventory accuracy and product loss prevention to support overall store profitability.
Role Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service.

Pay Range:
