GardaWorld Security Services is actively seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This role emphasizes the importance of building meaningful connections with individuals you interact with daily. As a Concierge Security Officer, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while working in diverse environments, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

  • Schedule: Full-time with set hours including Thursday and Friday during 3rd Shift from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., and Saturday through Sunday from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • Manage access control to ensure safety and security

  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency responders
  • Address inquiries in person or via phone
  • Document incidents and communicate any security concerns effectively
  • Safeguard individuals and property

Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Documentation of high school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone and computer applications
