We are currently seeking a Shift Lead (Production) for our facility in Minster, OH. This position operates during the daytime hours of approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The Production/Shift Lead oversees operations during their assigned shift, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding, enforcing, and following all safety, health, quality, and GMP policies.
  • Assigning personnel to production tasks and managing shift schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Training employees effectively during shifts.

  • Addressing and resolving production and quality issues that arise during the shift, with regular checks of product quality and compliance standards.
  • Completing necessary documentation accurately.
  • Participating in all production, safety, and shift-related meetings.
  • Assisting the Production Manager in evaluating shift operations, offering insights for enhancements in personnel, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ensuring adherence to work orders and proper product coding.
  • Accurately reporting production data.
  • Troubleshooting and adjusting machinery and equipment as necessary.
  • Inspecting materials prior to usage.
  • Occasional travel (0-25%) may be required.

Qualifications:
