Morrison Living is actively seeking a dedicated Server Lead for a full-time position at our location in Clark at Keller Lake, situated at 2499 Forest Hill Avenue Southeast, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. The work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with additional details to be discussed during the interview. Job Summary:
As the Server Lead, you will take and deliver food and drink orders, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of communication for all work-related requests directed to unit management.
• Train and acclimate new associates to both the company and client cultures, as well as operational procedures.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly address and resolve any complaints or issues.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of employees and oversee their training in designated responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
