Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook with a passion for preparing exceptional food that meets Perkins’ high standards. Your role will help ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience through your commitment to quality food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items following specified recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets established guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when additional preparation is needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other arising issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
