SUMMARY
The role involves meeting customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures; accurately pulling and loading tires based on customer orders into delivery vehicles; checking delivery accuracy and efficiently routing orders; handling all associated paperwork, including forms, invoices, and transfers, timely and accurately. Additionally, when not engaged in deliveries, the employee will unload deliveries, pull orders, and perform various warehouse duties.

The employee will consistently observe and follow all safety regulations and relay crucial information to the manager promptly. They will address customer inquiries courteously or refer them to the manager when appropriate. Deliveries must be executed promptly and professionally, adhering to assigned routes. The employee is expected to follow vehicle safety procedures and handle cash invoices as per company policy, including completing return forms in a timely manner. Maintenance tasks such as weekly vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and daily vehicle cleanup are also required, alongside reporting any non-routine repairs needed.

Furthermore, the employee will ensure proper tire stocking, assist in loading and unloading vehicles, and perform facility maintenance duties, including housekeeping. Professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues are essential.
