Join our East Side Physical Therapy Team as a Medical Front Office – Patient Service Specialist – Float. As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing both the patient interactions and administrative functions of our center. Your efforts will significantly impact the overall care experience for our patients, starting from the moment they enter the waiting room.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register patients, providing them with essential information about their visit and upcoming appointments.
  • Schedule patient appointments both in person and via telephone.
  • Communicate regularly with various parties, including attorney offices, insurance companies, and translation services, as well as our operational leaders and business development team.
  • Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum:
