Accurately fulfills customer needs by delivering auto parts and tires in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are essential to this role; additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Provide exemplary customer service daily, exceeding standard expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Retrieve tires according to customer orders, load them into delivery vehicles, and ensure delivery accuracy by checking orders and optimizing delivery routes. Complete and return necessary paperwork, including invoices and transfers, accurately.

In the absence of pending deliveries, assist with unloading, order pulling, and other warehouse tasks. Adhere to all safety regulations consistently, and communicate important information to management in a timely manner. Address customer inquiries with professionalism, redirecting them to management when further information is required. Ensure prompt and businesslike deliveries, making only assigned deliveries and contacting management as needed from customer locations. Depart customer locations swiftly following deliveries and prioritize vehicle safety procedures at all times. Initial cash invoices clearly and follow established cash handling protocols. Timely and accurately complete return forms and verify invoices while recording all pertinent information.

Perform weekly vehicle checks and routine maintenance as necessary. Notify management of non-routine repairs or required maintenance and maintain vehicle cleanliness daily. Ensure the correct tires are pulled to fill orders and organize stocking efficiently. Support facility maintenance, including housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and proactivity in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Follow both oral and written instructions accurately and work collaboratively under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail. Adhere to company policies, attendance, and punctuality guidelines, seeking and preparing for training opportunities internally and externally. Arrive at work promptly and in accordance with policy guidelines.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
